Themed Activity Classes

Ages 4-10, Kindergarten through 4th grade
Monday, June 7 through Friday, August 13 (*No class on July 5th)
- Morning Enrichment: 8:00am - 10:00am
Cost $10 daily/ $50 weekly (Sign up for the weeks you want)
The Montessori prepared environment will be used to practice academic skills and explore science, math, geography, or literature. There’s something new every day as students have fun working!
- Themed Activity Class: 10:00 am - 12:00 noon
Cost $60 weekly (Sign up for the weeks you want)
- Writing/Reading Tutor Class: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Cost $60 weekly (Sign up for the weeks you want)
Students will improve their writing and reading with activities designed specifically to strengthen their academic skills. *This class is limited to students entering 1st through 6th grade.
- Afternoon Enrichment: 12noon - 2:30pm
Cost $12 daily/ $60 weekly (Sign up for the weeks you want)
The Montessori prepared environment will be used to practice academic skills. Students bring their own lunch. Daily specials may involve painting, computer, crafts, or gardening.

Every class involves exciting
activities to encourage reading, writing and math from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. Sign up for just the weeks you want.
Cost $60 weekly
June 7-11: Fantastic Fitness - Using Perceptual Motor Development and
music, we'll move our muscles, jazz up our joints, and build strong bodies!
June 14-18: Zippy Bites - Combining colors and textures of the food groups
makes healthy eating so much fun! We'll even make some to share at home.

June 21-25: Go Geography Go - Journey through five continents of mysterious places in five days! We’ll create cultural objects, dance to music, taste new foods and write our own travel scrapbook.
June 28-July 2: Amazing Animals - Go wild about the animals that live in many places. Cool critters will visit the classroom! We’ll make a book and take our picture with an animal.
*July 6-9: Cool & Crafty - Build, paint and glue incredible 3-D projects to keep or give to others! We’ll decorate with stickers, gems and great geometrical designs.
July 12-16: Sizzling Science - Experiment and investigate our environment like a real scientist! We’ll play with polymers, build some crystals and change the properties of objects (in a safe way).
July 19-23: Tour de France - Measure the miles, and learn about France as we follow this great race. We’ll practice our ‘cycling’ and finish with our own event!
July 26-July 30: Art Alive - Artists from history will come ‘alive’ to share their craft and influence our own creative expressions. Projects will include frame-able paintings and a book of artists.
August 2-6: Great Lakes Games - Find out what HOMES stands for as we ‘play’ our way around these bodies of water. Bridges, ships and fish are a few of the game categories we’ll explore.
August 9-13: Crazy Contraptions - Recycled materials are just a part of the supplies we’ll use for putting together great gizmos for lots of fun. Moving machines will be coming home!
